Comfortable and Convenient!

We stayed for a night and the check-in was super quick. Our room was a decent size with a fridge and microwave, which was clutch. Free breakfast was great too—bagels and waffles hit the spot! Only bummer was the room could’ve used a better clean. Some surfaces had grime. Overall, good value for the price.

I loved enjoying the walk-in shower and the spacious room to relax after a long day on the road. The seasonal outdoor pool was a great spot to unwind, and I even managed to catch some sun on the terrace. Just a heads up, the breakfast options could have been better, but that didn't ruin my overall experience. ☀️

We stayed for a night as part of a family road trip, hoping for a comfortable rest. The location was great, close to some attractions, and the convenience of having a fridge in the room worked out well for our snacks. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with moldy cushions on the sofa and a dirty toilet, making us feel uncomfortable during our stay.

The bed was relatively comfortable, which helped after a long day of travel. However, the continental breakfast needed improvement. The first morning, there was only lukewarm coffee, and both types of creamers were empty. The next day, I found the coffee warm, but again, both creamers were unavailable. I appreciated that there was an IHOP next door, providing a solid alternative. The cleanliness of the room could also have been better. Some areas seemed overlooked, which took away from the otherwise pleasant stay.

However, the experience was marred by cleanliness issues, including hair on the pillows and a broken shower rod. Staff response times were lacking, as we were short on towels despite having informed them in advance of our family size. Overall, the state of the entrance and amenities left much to be desired.

I had a great time with my friends here! The location was perfect for visiting the local museum and checking out the nearby hiking trails. The pool was well-maintained, providing a fun place to relax after a long day. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable.

One downside was that the front desk service could be improved. I overheard the clerk speaking rudely to another guest, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere.

The staff quickly checked us in and resolved our requests. The swimming pool area was clean and well-maintained. The room had a fridge, which was convenient for snacks. Nearby food options offered great variety. It was a nice stopover during our travels. 👍

Bedding was comfortable and clean.

Unfortunately, our stay was anything but pleasant. We were given three dirty rooms, which was incredibly disappointing after a long day of travel. The staff seemed unconcerned about our experience, as we didn't even receive a response following our complaint about the room conditions. Overall, it truly did not meet our expectations, especially while we were on vacation.

the shower rod was broken, and the towels were too few (only three for five people! ). but the pool was the only clean thing and we enjoyed the standard continental breakfast. the lobby was updated and clean too!
